San Benito High School senior sews 700 face masks

HOLLISTER, Calif. (KION) San Benito High School senior, Samantha Logue, has sewn 700 face masks for students in Hollister.

Logue was chosen as San Benito High School's representative for American Legion Auxiliary Girls State program. It was there that she became inspired to take on a public service project.

Last weekend, she donated the masks to the San Benito County Office of Education "Stuff the Bus" campaign. The program supplies thousands of students with back-to-school essentials.
