Inspired by guests who enjoy quicker, lighter dishes at lunchtime, Sullivan's fresh new menu is infused with seasonal offerings, a new line-up of sandwiches that are also available as Lettuce Wraps, and a savvy new prix fixe for just $18.50, called "The Mixer."

The new lunch menu flirts with some new flavors and features the Mediterranean Farmers Salad with crisp baby arugula, mixed greens and cucumbers tossed with fresh tomatoes and feta crumbles and drizzled with a tangy lemon dressing. Another exciting new offering is the Asian Crunch Salad, with a medley of arugula, Napa cabbage, chilled noodles, bean sprouts, mango, avocado, roasted almonds and sweet chili dressing.
For something a little more hearty, Sullivan's has revved up the options at lunch with a number of new sandwiches. Guests can indulge in a New England Lobster Roll on a Buttered Brioche Bun or a Shaved Steak Sandwich with Horseradish Sauce and Au Jus. The flavorful Asian Chicken Burger is served on a brioche bun with Napa slaw and sriracha-infused mayonnaise. Or, for a little more kick without a lot more calories, the Pulled Chipotle Chicken Tacos are served on soft flour tortillas with shaved lettuce, fresh avocado and fire-roasted salsa. All of the sandwiches can be customized as Lettuce Wraps for those who are trying to cut carbs. To accompany these spicy dishes, nothing could be more refreshing than Sullivan's house-made lemonade, whether you're craving traditional, strawberry, blueberry or mint.
The new lunch menu also offers the "The Mixer" for $18.50 featuring a choice of fresh starters, delectable entrees and savory sides for guests to select and create their perfect lunch.
