Two Robbed While Sitting In Car In Salinas

SALINAS, Calif. - Police are looking for two suspects following an armed robbery in Salinas.

According to Salinas Police, two 21 year olds were sitting in their car in the 400 block of Front St. just after midnight when two Hispanic men with guns approached them and demanded money.

After taking the victims' wallet and other personal property, the suspects ran towards San Luis St. and then onto California St., police said.

The first suspect was described as being 20 to 25 years old, 5'10" tall, weighing 200 lbs. He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black gloves.

The second suspect was also described as being 20 to 25 years old, 5'7" tall, weighing 190 lbs. He was wearing a gray ski mask, black hoodie, black pants and gloves.

Anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have information related to it, is asked to call the Salinas Police Department at 758-7321 or to remain anonymous you may call 775-4222.
