SALINAS, Calif.- Salinas police said Kevin Letcher Rogers, 24, who has already been charged with killing a Castroville teenager in 2010 was also formally charged with murdering 32-year -old William Taylor.

Rogers was charged with first degree murder - and is in the Monterey County jail on the other homicide case.

In April 2010, police found Taylor at an apartment complex on Heather Circle with several gunshot wounds. He died at the hospital.
