LINCOLN CITY, Ore. - A suspected murderer from Washington may be holed up inside of an Oregon hotel, according to CBS News.

26 year old Michael "Chadd" Boysen is accused of killing his grandparents in Washington, before fleeing to Lincoln City, Oregon. There, police say he registered at a hotel using his own name.

The hotel was evacuated, and negotiations with Boysen are ongoing.
