BALTIMORE - ESPN sources as well as the Baltimore Sun is reporting the Baltimore Ravens have agreed to trade receiver Anquan Boldin to the 49ers Monday.
The Ravens will get a sixth-round draft pick in return. Boldin was part of the 2013 Super Bowl Championship team in New Orleans, catching passes for 104 yards in the 34-31 win over the 49ers.
49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick told ESPN he was excited about the trade.
The Ravens had reportedly asked Boldin to take a pay cut to help the team with its salary-cap situation. Boldin is scheduled to earn $6 million in the coming season. He carries a $7.531 million salary-cap figure.
