Salinas Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest - Central Coast News KION/KCBA

SALINAS, Calif.--A man is in jail tonight after a traffic stop this afternoon at North Main and Castro Streets in Salinas.

18-year-old Jose Gonzalez, a known gang member, was found to be in possession of a stolen gun as well as other stolen property.  Police alos found marijuana in the vehicle.

His charges include possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, driving on a suspended license, possession of marijuana and gang enhancements.
