GILROY, Calif.-- The California Highway Patrol confirms that a vehicle crashed and overturned in a Gilroy orchard Saturday, trapping and killing the driver.
The single-vehicle crash was reported about 11:40 a.m. on Fairview Road, near Rosa Morada Road.
Witnesses say the driver swerved in front of another vehicle, nearly hitting it and then overturned.
