SALINAS, Calif. -- The Giants World Championship trophies are making their way to the Central Coast and, even though people can't see them until Saturday, some have already set up camp in Salinas.
Central Coast News caught up with the first family in line on Howard Street that has been out since 5 p.m.
"I have to be able to have a picture. It's on my bucket list," said Rose Vasquez. "It's something I have to do. We're huge fans. Huge fans, definitely."
The Vasquez family stocked up on food and a bunch of blankets, because it's going to be a long night.
"It's a big thing, because I've been a fan for years," said Gabriel Vasquez.
And they said it's worth every moment.
On Saturday, the 2010 and 2012 trophies will be on display in Salinas.
Fans can take a picture with the big trophy at the Salinas P.A.L. Armory on Howard Street.
It'll be there in the morning from 8 until 10:30.
