Police are looking for 23-year old Raul Hernandez. He is wanted for attempted murder and wanted on a warrant with no bail. Officers said back in June 2009 Hernandez shot at several people who were playing basketball along the 1200 block of Nogal near Natividad Creek Park.
One of the bullets grazed one of the victim's face, but he did not have serious injuries.
Investigators said they still haven't found the handgun used in the attempted murder. Officers say Raul Hernandez is a known gang member and is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as 5'9'', weighing 160 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Police said Hernandez also has noticeable tattoos on his neck.
