WASHINGTON, D.C.- President Obama is expected to concentrate on a familiar theme from the campaign in Tuesday night's State of the Union speech: the economy.
He will deliver the speech as usual before Congress. According to CBS News, the White House Spokesman said the President will talk about his plan for job creation for the middle class.
In his 2nd Inaugural address, the President highlighted climate change, immigration reform and gun control, but with unemployment still hovering around 8-percent, CBS news reports Democrats and Republicans want him to hear him talk about getting Americans back to work and the government's money troubles.
The issue of gun control is also expected to be brought up as several victims of gun violence will be in attendance, according to CBS News.
