SALINAS, Calif. -- Police said a burglar shattered the front door of Office Max, took several items and got away.

It happened in Salinas Sunday just before 4:00 a.m. at the Office Max on 1241 North Davis Road. Officers responded after getting an alarm activation from the store. When they checked out the building they didn't find anyone inside. Police said they don't know how many suspects could be involved.

Police are still investigating the incident.
