Prep time: 60 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Requires: Bundt pan, oven, cutting board, knife, basting brush, (rolling pin optional)
Ingredients:
- 4 cloves finely minced fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 pounds of pizza dough
- 12 ounces of mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni (about 100 slices)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
Directions:
1. Cut mozzarella into flat squares (about the size you put on a cracker) need approximately 100 pieces
2. Heat garlic and butter in small pan until garlic is golden brown. Brush inside of bundt pan with this garlic butter.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
4. Flatten pieces of dough approximately the size of your thumb. (approximately 50 pieces)
5. Place 2 pieces of cheese around 2 pieces of pepperoni (like a sandwich) and fold the dough around the whole thing. Be sure to get a good seal around the pepperoni and cheese.
6. Brush each pizza ball with garlic butter and place into bundt pan. Continue building pizza balls until all the dough is gone.
7. Cover the pan with a damp paper towel and let sit for 30 minutes
8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until top of pizza balls are golden brown
9. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes
10. Invert pizza balls from bundt pan onto plate. place small bowl of marinara dipping sauce in the center and serve.
