Santa Cruz Public Works Preparing for Sewer Repairs on Ocean Str - Central Coast News KION/KCBA

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Santa Cruz Public Works have hired the Monterey Peninsula Engineering to replace the sewer system on Ocean Street.

The construction is set to begin February 4 and last until May 14 along Ocean Street from Water St. to Graham Hill Rd.

Parking in the northbound lanes on Ocean from Blaine Street to Plymouth Street will be temporarily closed for two to four weeks to allow two lanes of traffic towards the freeway.

Road work will also take place on Blaine, Pryce, Felker, Hubbard and Washburn Streets.
