SALINAS, Calif. - Two teenagers were shot in salinas Monday night, sending both of them to the hospital.

It happened just after 7 at Salinas Pointe Apartments near East Alisal St. and Williams Road.

Police say two males, a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old, were taken to the hospital.

No word on their conditions.

Neighbors told Central Coast News they heard three or four gunshots.

Police had no information on possible suspects at this point.
