Armed Robbery at Radio Shack in Salinas

SALINAS, Calif. -- Police said two men walked into the store, threatened employees and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

It happened Wednesday around 8:30 p.m. at the Radio Shack located at 1130 South Main Street. Police said two men armed with handguns entered the store and demanded money. After the two store clerks handed the suspects an undisclosed amount of money they were ordered to go into the back room.

Police said the suspects also took several items that were on the sales floor.  

The suspects were last seen running behind the shopping center. Officers said the two men were described wearing all black with their faces covered. Anyone with information is asked to call 758-7321 or to be anonymous call 775-4222.
