CBS: What are Obama's Gun Control Proposals?

President Obama will announced his proposals for reducing gun violence in America.  Here's a rundown of some of the proposals Mr. Obama outlined:

1. Assault weapons ban
2. Ban on high-capacity magazines
3. Universal background checks
4. Federal funds for national background checks
5. Research on gun violence
6. Mental health
