CBS: House passes $9.7B Sandy relief bill

WASHINGTON, D.C.- The House has passed a bill that would give $9 billion in aid for regions impacted by superstorm Sandy.

According to CBS News, the House was expected to vote on a Sandy relief package earlier this week, before the close of the 112th Congress but House Speaker John Boehner pulled the bill at the last minute.
