SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Our FOX affiliate KTVU is reporting that San Jose City College is on lockdown because of reports of a gunman on campus.
San Jose City College police said the campus has been on lockdown since 4:30 p.m. San Jose Police and San Jose City College officers are doing a sweep through the campus looking for a possible gunman.
Police said that only one person made a call about a gunman on campus. Officers said as of right now no one has reported any injuries or shots fired.
According to the school's website there are about 18,000 students enrolled at San Jose City College every year.
