Surfers Called Heroes After Saving Unconscious Man from Moss Landing Waters

MOSS LANDING, Calif- A group of surfers are being called heroes after quickly rushing to the aid of a man unconscious in Moss Landing, Friday morning.

This all happened in the popular surfing spot at the end of Jetty Road around 9:30am.

Then, surfers found a man slumped over on his surfboard unconscious.

The surfers brought the man to shore where North Monterey County firefighters pulled the man out of the water and rushed him to Watsonville Community Hospital.

At this time, the man's condition is unknown.
