MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. - The 2012 Monterey County civil Grand Jury released four new final reports today.

Among them, a look at the Carmel Area Wastewater District, the Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority, and the use of "trauma care" in Monterey County.
