LONDON, United Kingdom - A coroner's report released early Thursday morning reveals that Jacintha Saldahna died from hanging by a scarf from her wardrobe in her bedroom. A detective says three notes were also found in her room. The police are treating this case as an apparent suicide, and no foul play is suspected.

Jacintha Saldahna was the nurse at London's King Edward VII Hospital who patched a prank call from two Australian DJ's through to the nurse caring for the Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine Middleton. Middleton was in the hospital with acute morning sickness.

She was found dead just days later.
