Man Accused of Murdering Morgan Hill Teen is Slapped With Three More Assault Charges

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Antolin Garcia-Torres, the alleged murderer and kidnapper of Sierra LaMar was formally charged with assaulting three other women in 2009.

The Santa Clara County read off the new charges to Garcia-Torres and ordered him to come back to court on February 9th to enter pleas in the LaMar kidnapping and murder as well as the three assaults.

On Tuesday the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office filed an amendment complaint that included three separate counts of attempted kidnapping and carjacking in the LaMar case.

Torres, 21, was arrested on May 22nd in connection with Sierra LaMar's disappearance.
