SALINAS, Calif.- Police are investigating a stabbing that happened just before 3:30 Sunday morning on the 200 block of Katherine St.
Officers say they found a large amount of blood and were told two victims were on their way to Memorial Hospital. They were driven by family members.
At the hospital, officers found both victims suffering from multiple stab wounds. The two victims were immediately rushed into surgery. Both are in guarded condition but it is not believed the injuries are life threathening.
It is believed that an arguement occurred over possible gang affiliations. Two possible suspects were seen fleeing the scene and detectives are working on their identification.
