MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. -- The Monterey County Health Department is hosting several free flu vaccine clinics next week. Health officials say anyone two years old and up can go. Free flu vaccines will be available from December 11th to December 13th.
On Tuesday December 11th, Hartnell College's Steinbeck Hall will be hosting a clinic from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Salinas. The cafeteria at the Main Street Middle School in Soledad will have free flu shots available from 4:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On Wednesday free clinics will be held at CSUMB's Tanimura and Antle Memorial Library from 11:00a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Cafeteria at Seaside High School will also have a clinic from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On Thursday a clinic will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Monterey County Office of Education's West Campus in room 8.
The Central Coast Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice will be administering the flu shots.
