Lavigne to Focus on Building Awareness for FBR Services

Franchise Business Review (FBR) announced today the appointment of Jamie Lavigne to the newly created role of client consultant. Lavigne will work with all three of the company’s brands, which include Franchise Business Review; ShareMyFeedback, a customer satisfaction tool; and Frantopia, a new Web 2.0 social network platform designed to improve franchisee engagement and performance.
Lavigne is well-known in franchising, having spent five years as a client consultant for online lead generator Franchise Solutions. At FBR, she will continue to build on her strong relationships to build awareness for FBR’s research and services and how they can benefit franchise companies.
“Jamie’s past experience gives her a great understanding of our clients’ needs,” said Franchise Business Review president Michelle Rowan. “I’m looking to her to help educate both current and new clients on the many ways FBR data can improve franchise sales and operations.”
FBR has several new service offerings to help franchise systems implement franchisee evaluations into their operational efforts and to share franchisee data with potential buyers.
The company also has launched Frantopia to connect franchisees with each other for training, business management and marketing tools, and to share best practices.
Prior to joining Franchise Solutions, Lavigne worked as a loan consultant with HSBC/Beneficial Finance. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
