Santa Cruz Warriors Fall Short Against Rivals

SANTA CRUZ, Calif.- The Santa Cruz Warriors D-League team falls short Monday night to their division rivals, the Bakersfield Jam.

The final score was 102 TO 95. At the half, the Warriors were up by 2, 50-48. During the game, Mo Baker passed to Mickell Gladness, who puts it in with the 2-handed jam. Stef Hannah drained a 3, with a game high of 25 points last night. Lance Goulbourne stole the ball and took it to the house with a dunk.

The Warriors will be back in action in Los Angeles against the LA D-Fenders (affiliate of the Los Angeles Lakers) for a two game series, Friday and Saturday.

    SALINAS, Calif- Police are responding to a report of a stabbing that happened on East Alisal Friday afternoon. At this time police have E. Bernal at North Main closed off looking for a possible suspect.
