SALINAS, Calif.-- Police say 22-year old Eduardo Huazo Hernandez was the victim who died of several gunshot wounds on Thursday.
Police say the shooting happened in the middle of the day at the 900 block of Rider Avenue. Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene after medical staff tried to resuscitate him.
Officers say they don't have a lot of information on who the suspects were. They said although the streets were pretty filled with people and other drivers, they haven't received a lot of tips.
