Flash Flood Warning Expired for Santa Cruz Mountains

CENTRAL COAST, Calif- The National Weather Service has taken back a previously issued Flash Flood Warning for the Santa Cruz Mountains but a Flash Flood Watch is still in effect.  

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is occurring or is imminent where as a Flash Flood Watch is issued when conditions could lead to a flash flood.

So far, no major storm damages have been reported aside from minor mudslides along Highway 17 and other parts of Santa Cruz and Monterey County.
