SANTA CRUZ, Calif. - Can you identify the person photographed in this article? Santa Cruz Police say he has been seen lurking around Safeway on Morrissey Blvd targeting women who leave their purses and wallets unattended while shopping.

He was last up to his thievery on Saturday November 24th. He is described as a Hispanic Male, Approximately 20 years.
