Pay It Forward! Again!

Posted: Updated:

Santa Cruz, Calif. - A lot of people need help, we see it everyday. Is it in your power to help perhaps with your time or resources? A random act of kindness goes a long way for those in need.

That's what we're doing at Central Coast News, hi I'm Jon K Brent, and I want you to help me and Central Coast News "pay it forward'.

Look for me on the streets of the central coast with the sign you see here. If you know someone in need...come up to me and let me know when you see me and we'll go pay it forward together with 250 dollars in cash to your friend in need. Last week we went Santa Cruz and Pacific Avenue and found Susie Vosky who want to pay it forward to a homeless family she met at the Rebeles Family Shelter. We were happy to help her pay if forward.

Let's be leaders in our community by turning ourselves outward to others in need. I'm looking forward to seeing you. This week were on the Monterey Peninsula. Paying it forward...feels good.
