Santa Cruz County Sheriff Responding to Gunshot Victim

LOS GATOS, Calif. - Santa Cruz County Sheriff is responding to a report of a male victim with a gunshot wound to the head in the Santa Cruz mountains. Investigators believe it is a suicide.

The report came that the male victim was outside of a car on Skyline Blvd. in front of the Los Altos Rod and Gun Club Range on the Santa Clara/ Santa Cruz county line. The range is near Castle Rock State Park and Sanborn-Skyline County Park.

Both Santa Cruz and Santa Clara county emergency crews are responding. Police are still investigating.
