According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety no illnesses have been reported in connection with the recall. Pinnacle Foods is recalling 5 oz Armour Vienna Sausage Bourbon BBQ flavored cans.

The company noticed the mistake and thinks there was a problem with time miscalculations for processing the food. They believe the product may have been undercooked.
