GONZALES, Calif. - The missing 55 year old Gonzales woman was found safe.
Irene Cantu's family is telling Central Coast News that she was found in San Mateo County this morning.
Cantu's car was found parked at a Starbucks in Half Moon Bay by a group of employees who alerted police; officers searched the surrounding area and soon found her walking. She was disoriented but unharmed.
Starbucks workers said that Cantu had frequented that location in Half Moon Bay for the past few days and seemed confused. This morning, workers decided to call police.
Cantu is currently being checked at a San Mateo hospital and has spoken to her daughter. Cantu's family is on the way to be reunited.
Cantu's family is thanking everyone who helped search for Cantu.
