SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif.- The Santa Clara DA's office confirmed new charges have been filed against accused Sierra Lamar murder suspect Antolin Garcia-Torres.

The DA's office filed an additional three charges of attempted kidnapping against Garcia-Torres, all during a carjacking.

All three charges relate to three different incidents, three different victims, dating back to March, 2009. Investigators say all occurred prior to the accused kidnapping and murder of the 16 year old Morgan Hill girl.

Sierra Lamar has still not been found.
