WOODBURY, Minn. - A new father was far from home when it was time for his son to be born--but he got to witness the entire event, thanks to the Internet.
James Robbins is a former Marine who works for the Department of Defense, and was on assignment in Kuwait. He was able to log onto the Internet just in time to see his second son born early.
