TOMS RIVER, New Jersey - It's been just one week since Hurricane Sandy became Super Storm Sandy - and blasted the east coast, leaving devestation in her wake. Now, Election Day is tomorrow, and affected states are trying to make sure people can still get to the polls, and have their voice heard.
Ballots were delivered to emergency shelters in New Jersey, and while shuttle buses in New York are taking victims to polling places.
Both New York and New Jersey believe power should be restored to polling places tomorrow.
