SALINAS, Calif. -- Salinas police arrested 24-year old Tim Grady for sexual assault to a 19-year old woman.
Police say Grady introduced himself to the woman by shaking hands on campus at Hartnell College. While the two were shaking hands Grady pulled the victim towards him and patted her buttocks twice with his other hand.
The victim did not report the incident right when it happened. After a while she decided to report it as she became more upset over what happened.
Police were able to track down Grady walking through campus. He was arrested and taken to the Monterey County Jail on sexual battery charges.
