The CDC says another Virginia patient has died from the fungal Meningitis - tied to the tainted steroid outbreak.
Tennessee has the most deaths at 11.
The steroid was supplied by New England Compounding Center of Framingham, Massachusetts.
Health authorities say the drug maker faces multiple investigations.
