SANTA CRUZ, Calif. --- The Santa Cruz Warriors will be the 13th pick in the NBA D-League. The draft is set to begin Friday around 4:00 p.m.
The Warriors management and coaches will be talking via teleconference with the League's New York headquarters. Staff say the draft this year is expected to be better than ever.
The draft order is compiled by teams that did not qualify in the previous season's playoffs in reverse order. The teams that did qualify will be listed afterward. There are 16 teams total that will be drafting players. The Santa Cruz Warriors are ranked at #13.
The Warrior's first home game will be December 23rd 2012.
