"Save the Train" Group has two Leads on Inspectors

MONTEREY, Calif. - Good news for the "Save the Train" group trying to keep the historic train at Dennis the Menace Park in Monterey on its' tracks.

They've received two leads from the City of Monterey for finding a playground inspector, who will recommend ways to bring the train's safety up to current regulations.

The City of Monterey has also formed a "Save the Train" Sub-committee - who will start meeting in November.
