SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – The Santa Cruz Warriors will hold a job fair on Saturday, October 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Employment Development Department in Capitola. The team is looking for people to fill various part-time roles, including game day staff like ushers and marketing associates. Prospective employees must be at least 16 years old.
"There is so much community excitement here in Santa Cruz surrounding the new home team, and we are eager to tap into the local talent and skill base," said Santa Cruz Warriors President Jim Weyermann. "The Santa Cruz Warriors are all about creating opportunities and opening doors for people from all walks of life."
The construction on the Kaiser Permanente arena is progressing and the Warriors are eager to find people who share their vision for an organization that is grounded in the community and provides affordable, family-friendly entertainment.
