ROCHESTER, Penn. - An 8 year old Pennsylvania girl is in critical condition after being shot by her 24 year old cousin -- who mistook her for a skunk.

The young girl was wearing a black and white Halloween costume when she was shot in the shoulder, arm, back and neck.

Her cousin, Thomas Edward Grant, was charged Thursday with multiple counts, including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
