Man Robs House After Open House Tour

MORGAN HILL, Calif. - Police responded to a robbery on the 15000 block of Bowden Ave. in Morgan Hill Sunday afternoon.

Two victims, one male and one female, were hosting an open house, when the suspect arrived and asked for a tour.

After the tour, the suspect left the house, but was seen a few minutes later running from the female victim's parked car in front of the house, holding what appeared to be a wallet.

The male victim chased after the suspect, but after getting into a physical alercation, the suspect managed to get away in his vehicle.

The male victim sustained minor injuries from that altercation.

The suspect is still at large.

He's described as a white man in his 40's.  He stands about 6 foot one, weighs 280 pounds with light brown hair, blue eyes and was wearing a yellow/gold short sleeve shirt during the robbery..

Police are looking for a late 90's to early 2000's black Dodge Durango with faded paint and a cracked windshield.
