MARINA, Calif. - Police in Marina arrested a man they say is responsible for two separate forcible rapes in Salinas, one of which involved a 13-year-old.

They say it happened over the last week.

19-year-old Bryan Milanes was arrested for forcible rape, false imprisonment and a probation violation.
