WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Energy Departments says you can expect to pay more to heat your home this winter.

Officials with the department say heating bills will rise 15% for natural gas customers and 19% for heating oil customers.

Homeowners got a break from sky-high bills last winter, which was the warmest on record.
