5 Year Old Boy Abused in Marina Hotel Hot Tub Taken into Protective Custody

MARINA, Calif- The five year old boy who was injured after his mother's boyfriend abused him in a hotel hot tub in Marina is now out of the hospital.

Marina Police could not release details regarding the boy's injuries but did tell us that the boy has been taken into protective custody.

No details were released as to why the boy was taken into protective custody.

The suspect in the case, Julian Diggs, is currently in custody at Monterey County Jail and has pleaded not guilty to charges of child endangerment.
