Monterey, Calif.- SPCA To Hold "Neutermania"

The SPCA for Monterey County will hold their "Neutermania" program from October through January.

The program offers cat neuter surgeries for $10 dollars, for male cats and kittens who are at least four months old. Those interested of making use of the program need to make an appointment.
