Police Identify Teen Shot and Killed by "Good Samaritan" in Sali - Central Coast News KION/KCBA

SALINAS, Calif- Police called him a Good Samaritan after he shot two armed robbers at the Saltillo Tortilleria on N. Sanborn Rd Thursday evening.

One of the 17-year-old suspects died at the hospital. Police have identified him as Jose Antonio Ceja. The other 17-year-old suspect is still at the hospital in stable condition, said police. When he is discharged from the hospital, he will charged with Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, said police.

Police are not identifying the "Good Samaritan" but they said he did have the gun leally and they are not recommending that charges be filed against him.
