MORGAN HILL, Calif. -- Today, Marci Erico arraigned, after being extradited yesterday from Nevada, to Santa Clara County. It was the first court appearance for 38-year-old mother.

Erico is charged with commercial burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Erico, who's also accused of providing a fake name to officers, didn't enter a plea. We've learned she's staying in jail, because the judge declared she's a flight risk.

She's due back in court on October 16th.
